Failed Deliveries If a delivery is attempted and the location is unattended at the agreed time, it will be deemed a Failed Delivery. Items will be returned to our studio, and it will be the customer’s responsibility to collect them. We are not liable for delivery charges or the order cost in such cases. 3. Storage & Consumption Cakes and cupcakes must be consumed within 36 hours of the event and stored as instructed (refrigerated and removed 15 minutes before consumption). We are not responsible for issues arising from improper storage or delayed consumption. 4. Non-Edible Decorations Some products include decorative items that are not meant to be eaten, such as support dowels or ribbons. We are not liable for issues related to these items being consumed by mistake. 5. Exceptional Refund Cases In cases of cancellation due to exceptional circumstances like fire or illness, we will issue a full refund of amounts paid, including deposits, as soon as possible. 6.
