Shipping And Delivery

At Taruna, TDK Fresh Bakes we take utmost care to ensure your delicious floral creations reach you in perfect condition and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently offer delivery services within Mumbai for orders that meet our minimum order value of ₹1000.
Delivery beyond Mumbai may be considered for bulk or special orders on request and subject to availability.

2. Delivery Timings

  • All delivery time slots will be confirmed with you at the time of order confirmation.

  • We deliver between 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, depending on slot availability.

  • During peak seasons (Festivals, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, etc.), delivery time slots may be fixed and limited.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges are calculated based on distance and time from our studio in Kandivali West, Mumbai.

  • The applicable delivery fee will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

4. Order Processing Time

  • Please allow a minimum of 48 hours notice for all standard orders.

  • Same-day or next-day delivery may be possible for select designs, subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Custom or bulk orders may require additional preparation time.

5. Failed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive the delivery at the agreed address and time:

  • The order will be marked as a “Failed Delivery.”

  • The product will be returned to our studio, and you may collect it from our Kandivali West location.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or re-delivery in such cases.

6. Self Pick-Up Option

  • You may choose to pick up your order directly from our studio in Mahavir Nagar Signal, Link Road, Kandivali West, Mumbai.

  • The exact address will be shared upon order confirmation.

  • Please ensure timely collection as our products are freshly prepared and perishable.

7. Product Handling During Delivery

Our cupcakes and floral cakes are delicate. We ensure careful packaging to protect them during transit.
However, minor shifting or imperfections may occur due to road conditions, weather, or handling.
Such minimal cosmetic changes do not qualify as product damage.

8. Storage Instructions After Delivery

Once received, please:

  • Refrigerate your cupcakes or cakes immediately.

  • Remove from the refrigerator 15 minutes before serving for the best taste and texture.
    We will not be held responsible for quality issues if storage instructions are not followed.

9. Delivery Delays

While we always strive for on-time deliveries, unforeseen factors such as traffic, weather, or technical issues may occasionally cause delays.
We appreciate your understanding in such rare circumstances.
