At Taruna TDK Fresh Bakes, we are committed to providing you with fresh, high-quality baked goods for your special occasions. However, due to the nature of our products, certain refund conditions apply. Please read our Refund Policy carefully.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are only considered in exceptional circumstances where the order could not be fulfilled due to factors beyond our control (e.g., fire, illness).

  • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable in all other cases.

  • Orders cannot be refunded for reasons such as:

    • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

    • Change of mind after the order is confirmed.

    • Failure to collect or receive the order at the agreed time.

2. Failed Deliveries

  • If a delivery is attempted and the location is unattended at the agreed time, it will be deemed a Failed Delivery.

  • Items will be returned to our studio, and it will be the customer’s responsibility to collect them.

  • We are not liable for delivery charges or the order cost in such cases.

3. Storage & Consumption

  • Cakes and cupcakes must be consumed within 36 hours of the event and stored as instructed (refrigerated and removed 15 minutes before consumption).

  • We are not responsible for issues arising from improper storage or delayed consumption.

4. Non-Edible Decorations

  • Some products include decorative items that are not meant to be eaten, such as support dowels or ribbons.

  • We are not liable for issues related to these items being consumed by mistake.

5. Exceptional Refund Cases

  • In cases of cancellation due to exceptional circumstances like fire or illness, we will issue a full refund of amounts paid, including deposits, as soon as possible.
